Becoming a Ranger at Poulton Wood could provide you with the opportunity to develop your wood craft skills.

Poulton Wood is a truly special place. It is a 28 acre woodland providing a natural habitat for an array of wildlife, flora and fauna.

Training at Poulton Wood could develop your skills in:

• Woodland Conservation: caring for the woodland and maintaining natural habitats
• Producing Woodcraft: using material from the wood and learning how to use appropriate hand tools.
• Working as a team: to look after the hedgerows and pathways, whilst welcoming the many visitors (dog walkers) who enjoy walking through the woodland.
