Barchester Health Care

A hard-working team from Barchester Health Care has braved driving rain to make sure this year’s Halloween attraction at the Rare Breeds Centre is truly scary.

The 27-strong team from the health care provider from across Kent worked at the Woodchurch visitor attraction stuffing scarecrows and laying traps for unsuspecting visitors to the Boo Tunnel during last year’s Fright Nights.

The team worked as part of a corporate volunteering day and team-building exercise. Members painted walls, tended to the gardens and cut the ribbon on the recently renovated Lily’s Land, a new home for the gnomes in the centre’s Discovery Garden.

A donation of £3,500 towards Canterbury Oast Trust was the icing on the cake.
