Sarah joined Canterbury Oast Trust in September 2022 having worked for local and regional providers of adult social care for over 20 years. In 2010, she found her passion for working with adults with learning disabilities. Since then, she has supported services to achieve Outstanding domains with the CQC and has led teams to win National Awards.
