Describe what you might do in an average day at COT

Thursdays are my best day. I am at Horticulture in the morning. I have lunch back at Coterie and then I go horse riding. My favourite horse is Flossie.

Have you got a funny tale or an achievement from your time at COT you'd like to share?

I've got loads of NPTC certificates from the Tea Room. One is for catering and one is for waitressing.
