Highlands Farm is also known as the South of England Rare Breeds Centre which is a tourist attraction offering training to people with learning disabilities.

The property has a lounge, dining area, utility room, 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 separate toilet, office, and staff bedroom. There is a communal garden and patio area with B-B-Q.

Highlands Farm is situated on the B2067 between Hamstreet and Tenterden. In the village of Woodchurch there is a church, village hall, 2 public houses, post office, general stores and doctors' surgery.

There is an hourly bus service to Ashford or Tenterden where there are many amenities e.g. leisure centre, cinemas, shopping centres, library and bowling alley. There is a main line station with trains to London, Canterbury and Dover.
