FARMVIEW is a modern purpose built bungalow on the Highlands Farm site. It is home to 4 people with learning disabilities.

Highlands Farm is also known as the South of England Rare Breeds Centre which is a tourist attraction offering training to people with learning disabilities.

Farmview is located close to the tourist activity by day. At night it offers quiet living in a rural location, a beautiful place to live.

The property has a large kitchen, dining room / lounge, utility room, 4 bedrooms plus an office / staff bedroom, bathroom / toilet & shower room / toilet.

There is a large garden and patio area with views of Highlands Farm and surrounding countryside.

Service users area actively encouraged to use the facilities in their local community.

Highlands Farm is situated on the B2067 between Hamstreet and Tenterden. In the village of Woodchurch there is a church, village hall, 2 public houses, post office, general stores and doctors' surgery. There is an hourly bus service to Ashford or Tenterden where there are many amenities e.g. leisure centre, cinemas, shopping centres, library and bowling alley. There is a main line station with trains to London, Canterbury and Dover.
