Pfizer wield the axe

Peter Berry was back with his trusted team from Pfizer in the Spring and we were amazed at what they achieved.

Their task was to dismantle an old shed in the garden of one of our houses in Aldington on a site that had been earmarked for a new summer house. They did that and more.

The wood from the shed went on a bonfire and the stones and rocks that had to be moved were turned in to a rock garden. Peter's team also trimmed the surrounding bushes down to size.

The project was such a success that the volunteers were invited to be among our guests of honour at the opening of the summer house.
