Warren Mews - 3 detached houses near New Romney

Warren Mews is made up of three modern detached houses, each accommodating three tenants.  Each tenant has their own room and the rest of the house is shared. There is a modern and well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining room, bathroom with a separate toilet and a spacious garden.

The town of New Romney is close by with a wide choice of shops and a Post Office. There are Banks and Building Societies, 2 GP surgeries, several options for religious worship, a sports centre, restaurants, public houses, takeaways and, of course, being near the sea (the port dried up in the 14th Century) fish and chips. There is also a large supermarket, so tenants have an active town close at hand.

Getting around - There is a good bus service that goes to Rye and Hastings in one direction and Folkestone and Dover in the other. A ten minute walk takes you into the quiet of the Marsh and the sea, sand and dunes are only one mile away.

One of the Warren Mews houses offers 24 hour support. This may not always be the case - it depends entirely on each person's requirements.

Support services

In addition to, and separate from, the Tenancy Agreement, COT Community Support Services can provide a tenant with assistance in their daily living activities and provide skill development and Life Skills opportunities. Where a tenant requires this service COT will agree with them an individually tailored Care Agreement.
