Although we raise money through enterprises such as the Rare Breeds Centre and by selling things we grow or make, we still rely hugely on donations to continue and expand our work.

DONATING SHARES
You can donate any number of shares however large or small. The Orr Mackintosh Foundation are specialists in this area and will assist you.

If you use this method please tell us as 'Share Gift' do not give your details to us. We want to thank you.

To find out more, visit www.sharegift.org. Then click on the Sharegift Leaflet button for the share gift leaflet.

MAKING A DONATION THROUGH YOUR TAX RETURN
Anyone completing a self assessment return will be able to nominate COT for all or part of any payment due to them.

All you have to do is enter our code LAE 39 AG and the Inland Revenue does the rest. This scheme is very advantageous to COT; the donations are paid directly into our bank account. The form incorporates a Gift Aid declaration, we can really benefit from anonymous donations using this method.

For further information visit the Inland Revenue web site at www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/charities
