Community Support Services (CSS)

COT CSS owns top quality housing that is available to let to adults with learning disabilities.

Tenants will hold a Short Term Tenancy Agreement and will rent their own room together with the use of communal facilities throughout the house. The communal areas are furnished to a high standard. All premises are fully maintained as part of the rental agreement. Tenants have access to gardens.
 
In addition, CSS can tailor individual care arrangements for any person in need of support and this is available to all tenants renting CSS premises.COT has experience of providing quality and well trained staff to meet the needs of any person who may need this service.
