Community Support Services - Beaver Lodge

Renovated over the winter of 2009 Beaver Lodge now offers 4 people the opportunity to rent quality accommodation

The house is home for 4 tenants. Each person will have their own good size room, (one ground floor and 3 on the first floor). All rooms are fitted with new en suite facilities. People renting a room also have access to communal kitchen facilities, lounge and the large maintained garden. All communal rooms are furnished.
 
As with all COT Community Support Services Beaver Lodge can offer tailored support to meet individual requirements. Support plans can be provided for all tenants living at Beaver Lodge should this be needed.

Beaver Lodge is a detached house on a residential estate on the outskirts of the large town of Ashford. There is a daily bus service to Ashford town where there are many community amenities, two large shopping complexes and bus / train services to London / Canterbury / Dover / Ramsgate and Hastings. Service users are actively encouraged to use the facilities in their local community.
